I did #2, the guests loved it. The only thing is make sure your Band/DJ/Maitre D annouces the book, because a lot of people did not sign it. Oh and don't go crazy buying all the sheets only about 50 people out of 160 signed my book.

I like #3 and #5. They are very elegant. #1 and #2 are too 'cutesy' for my taste.
