help me come up with a list

of questions to ask my RH
i am going to a '6 month check in' cuz my moms got anxiety.

so far ive got this:

cake- when to pick it, extra costs etc

tables- different sizes, recommend linens

If the RH provides escort cards and/or directional cards, you'll want to pick those up.

Any changes to their menu? If so, will they honor the one that was in place when you signed your contract? (Of course, if their new menu is better, go with that if you can LOL)

Can you provide them with a couple signature drink recipes?

ask them when you get to do the food tasting and choose the menu

how many children (if any) are included for free (ours allows 6 kids, and any number past that is half price)

do you need to tell them which vendors you chose?

if you chose anything out of the ordinary (like a photobooth, candy buffet, or whatnot), how does that work, where will it be set up, who sets it up, when will it be set up?

if there is more than 1 wedding going on, how many? at what times are they? should you arrive extra early to take pics in case other brides are taking pictures?

do they provide menus? is it one per person? per table? can you see them?

can you see their table numbers?

the service charge that you is already included includes who?

how many bridal attendants are you having, if any?

do they provide bathroom baskets or do you have to?

is there a place for guests to sit if they arrive early?

if for some unexpected reason you are under your minimum, will they throw in extras (sometimes they dont want to tell you though until the last minute)

when can you bring everything over before the wedding?

when do you meet to set up the menu? the final meeting? will they call you or is it your responsibility?

how much before the start of the wedding can your vendor come to set up?

will they serve shots at the bar? how many bartenders? can you do a signature drink if you wanted to? check for liquors. is it an extra charge?

if you give them a final headcount over your minimum and a few people dont show (but youre still over your minimum), do they refund your money?

what happens if people show who you didnt expect? will they quickly set up a seat for them and expect payment at the end of the night? bill you?

when is final payment due? in what form?

confirm how much you have to pay for vendors? house vendors? where do they eat?

confirm their policy on candles if you are planning to have any?

do they have direction cards? escort cards?

do you have to tip valet or is it included?

can people do shots from the bar?

will they offer doggie bags? (good question if you are having a VH)

Do they have any renovations planned?
