Help Me Decide

We love the inn at new hyde park and château briand for different reasons. The inn has an elegant regal feel and château briand has a fun light vibe. We wish we cojld tske elements from both and create a totally new venue but we can't so let me know what you would do.

Help Me Decide

If you haven't done so yet, make a pro/con list for both. Also, go back and see what little details they will include. For example, I thought votives were provided during my reception but they're not. I had to contact my florist and now they will set them up, but I had to pay for them. Also, see who will throw in what for you. I've seen both places and they are beautiful. Not sure when you are having your wedding, but I loveeee the outdoor space of Chateau. Friend of a friend had their wedding there and the pictures were amazing.

Is2015 thank you for the pro and con idea. I'm thinking that being extremely detailed about what they offer would help us narrow it down

The prices while slightly different but not enough to be a determining factor.

The Normandy is nice, that's the room I looked at. But like someone earlier mentioned, the pros & cons list is what makes it clear which venue site is for you.

Went to A wedding at Château Briand two years ago and it was great. There were two bars which is nice and the room was really big

Help Me Decide

Pro/Con lists helped me decide. I was deciding between two completely different venues too. We brought our parents back to see both of them, and I'm glad we did because they brought up flaws in the other place that we didn't see the first time. Once we wrote it all down on paper, it became very clear which one we should choose.
