Ok, I found the dress I was looking for about a month ago, I'm not 100% on it, and thinking back I don't even know WHAT looks good on me, just what I want. I always wanted semi-sweat heart with the biggest poof ever... but for some reason I just never feel right.
so ladies, I asked around at the dress stores and the answer was usually the same ('well what do you WANT'?)
what do you think is going to look good on me?
I'm 4'10. I'm about 122lbs... I have HUGE/WIDE hips and a decent size bust. my waist.. ehhh depends on the day.
What style would look best on me? please post pictures or ideas so I can attempt to try them on. thanks!

Re: help me find a dress..
Maybe an empire style or slim A-line. They help with height, which is one of my issues as well (5'0)
Heres and idea..i gives you length and has some nice 'fluff' but will not weigh you down.
what about something a-line. Since your short a ballgown might be overwhelming on you. i think an a-line gown would look very pretty.

Re: help me find a dress..
its hard to say. you need to go to a store with someone who's opinion you trust & just try dresses on.

a-line would rpob be best, it also depends though on what you feel good in... there were plenty of dresses that compimented my figure and that were gorgeous but i just didnt feel like a bride in them i needed the big dress, the poof, the tulle, the WORKS! lol

Re: help me find a dress..
I've tried on SOOO many dresses and i'm just having such a hard time. Empire waist doesn't look good on me at all! everytime I try on an 'a' line I feel like I need a poof, the dress I fell inlove with (picture-wise) was perfect, but the top fit weird, cause it wasn't fitted to me.. I just hate that I'm so indecisive!

what about an aline but just adding some extra crinolin so its a little poofier?
