I think I want an updo, but one that isn't high on my head. Somewhat lower down towards the nape of my neck, but not too plain. I love the look of a lot of the women of the 1940s, and want something that looks like it's from the era. This is my dress and her hair is low like I want it, but not the style I want.
I have a Mac, so I can't post individual Pics, but if you scroll through shutterfly you will see all angles of the 'do!

Melani, I haven't looked at them yet, but you were my inspiration! I saw your pics from before your honeymoon, and couldn't find anything like it. I told Jennifer that I wanted that sort of 40s glamour and sophisticated elegance like you had, but not the same style. Thank you!!

what about googling movies from that time and going to images. maybe try audrey hepburn, grace kelly, and other stars of that time and look at their pictures.
