Help me find this dress!!

Ladies I know you rock when it comes to finding celeb wedding dresses (or close knock-offs) and wondered if you can be of assistance to me!

I'm looking for a dress similar to the one that Billy Joel's most recent wife wore in her wedding about a month ago (i think her name is Ann Lee?). I know there was a pretty nice pic in a People mag a few weeks ago, but i found another one that I've attached.

Any help on a designer that makes a similar version would be great!!

I'm on the west coast currently and haven't had the chance to even start looking for wedding dresses yet, so if anyone has ideas on a starting point as far as stores that could help me with a similar style that would be awesome!!!
