Help me fix my menu!

Just got a sample from my designer... What should I change/add etc? The deisgn itself will match my invite

The menu looks great! I love the colors.

I really don't think you need to change anything.

What might be interesting though, is if you did a different font for everything thats in the blue. I'm a weird mixy-matchy girl, I like 2 fonts.

Ummm the food sounds delish! I love the Swan Club, I've been to a few weddings there and really loved it.

I agree with the fonts... I think certain things like appetizer, entree need to stand out more right? maybe a little more of a 'fun' font? to emphasize the beachy instead of the formality? not sure if you understand my last sentence... lol it makes sense in my head... LOL

it was sooo hard to pick the entrees... im still not sure about having 2 types of chicken... but the only veggie type choice was eggplant rollatini and my mom thinks its more of a CH food than an entree...

what about adding the date under our names? or putting our names elsewhere?

I think putting the date would be a nice touch. Also, maybe try it with your names at the top, see how that goes.

As for having two chicken options...I think it is fine, as long as you don't have any vegetarians at your wedding. Most people do enjoy chicken, so giving two options is nice. Plus, if you do just the Cordon Bleu, it might be bad for the people who do not eat ham, cause I think there is ham in that, right?

In any case, the menu looks awesome. I love love love the colors!!!!

When I first booked with them, they told me there is always a vegetarian meal on the menu... what that consists of exactly? i have no idea.... Thanks for bringing that up... another question i have to ask them tomorrow! and something that should def be added to the menu

It was good, I think we were there for maybe half an hour? We’re doing the prime rib, the chicken sorrentino (which was a game time decision, bc we didn’t even know that was an option), the salmon and the eggplant rollatini since we have a bunch of vegetarians. (And I do agree that it seems like more of a CH food, but that was the only option.)

The only thing I was disappointed with was that they only have the patterned tablecloths in ivory – I wanted white. They do have white, but it’s just plain white and doesn’t reach to the floor. But really, I guess if that’s all I have to complain about it’s a good thing.

I think it is beautiful! However, do you have a vegetarian choice?


Edited becuause I answered my question after posting....so your reply to the same question I had. I would def just check with the RH before you print. They look great though!

mmm prime rib sounds delish right about now!!! any reason why you went with that instead? i feel like you can fcuk up filet mignon more than you can prime rib but my mom would never let make that change

i think they have a vegetarian mean as an option regardless... did you ask them about that? if not, i will tomorrow

what do you mean by patterned tablecloths? i thought they just had solid colors... do you remember what colors you could choose from? i should prob stick with the ivory/beige and call it a day... lol

Honestly we were going to go with the filet but Joseph recommended the prime rib… he said only bc with the filet it’s already sliced when you get it, and sometimes people are disappointed with that. I mean I’m sure they taste the same, but FH just wanted a giant slab of meat.

I don’t mean like patterned, just that they have like some type of embroidery/flowery thing on it. The white ones are just plain flat white. They have like 10 colors, he just said that if you pick one of the plain colors the edges of it are scalloped and they’re not as long as the ivory ones. So we’re just doing the ivory tablecloths and navy napkins.

Everything else pretty much looked the same, bathrooms are as tiny as ever.

I think they looks great! I agree with changing the font for the categories though.

I think it's really cute, but I would probably make each course name stand out a bit more, either by making the font larger, bolder, a different font from the rest all together, or all of the above lol.

i def agree... i just asked the deigner to make it stand out with a diff font... hopefully she'll throw some beachy fonts into the mix and make it a bit more 'playful' lol

but agree with changing the font from the entree title and the description.
