I think putting the date would be a nice touch. Also, maybe try it with your names at the top, see how that goes.

As for having two chicken options...I think it is fine, as long as you don't have any vegetarians at your wedding. Most people do enjoy chicken, so giving two options is nice. Plus, if you do just the Cordon Bleu, it might be bad for the people who do not eat ham, cause I think there is ham in that, right?

In any case, the menu looks awesome. I love love love the colors!!!!

When I first booked with them, they told me there is always a vegetarian meal on the menu... what that consists of exactly? i have no idea.... Thanks for bringing that up... another question i have to ask them tomorrow! and something that should def be added to the menu

. . .and occasionally, you'll have a meat-eater who is feeling the veggie dish instead of the other entrees, so DEFINITELY make sure that your veggie option is on the menu.

Otherwise, I feel like you don't necessarily NEED to tell your guests that potatoes and broccoli (right?) are the side dishes. Gives you more room for the veggie dish description. Also, you describe every entree except for the steak, Chateau Briand. Not everybody knows what a Chateau Briand is (I didn't until two years ago, at my sister's wedding!), so you probably should describe it.

Even with the prime rib I didn't get a description either.

The one thing I did was I put the side dishes right underneath where it says entrees, instead of on the bottom.
