Help me, help FH to see the light.

I planned out a vendor booking schedule so I don't get overwhelmed with everything all at once. This month are our highest priorities: dj, photo/video. We got a jump start late last month because we had off. Now I'm nervous we are going to lose our photo because we are waiting on cheaper video options before we book both photo/video. If we just book photo we'll lose money, if we book photo now and video with them later we'll lose money. If we had the extra money to spend, I would book someone else.
If we book later we'll probably lose the photographer I want. AHHH!!

FH is super busy at work right now and i understand but we need to find a way for these priorities as well. Help me help him see the light.

cant the photog just hold the date temporarily and call u if someone comes in looking for your date?
