i am tryin to get him to go for Zelda or Mario (those are my top choices at the moment). As much as he plays video games, he is more of an Assassins Creed, Hockey, Naruto player. I go for the Portal, Zelda, puzzle games....Will definitely check it out.

I had found an instrumental Zelda medley played by a full orchestra a while ago. I have it on my ipod (which is in my car) so I'm not sure who does it. It's really pretty, though, you could probably google or youtube it.

I couldn't think of this the other day but look up the albums for Video Games Live. There are amazing instrumental versions that were performed in concert (but the recordings are not live I believe) and I love them. Some are very obscure as in you would recognize the games but many people would not.
They were recorded by a pro orchestra and choir and I think they really showcase the composers - some of this music gets overlooked but the composers are brilliant.
I'm personally not really using any but I think the Kingdom Hearts track would make a brilliant first dance!

(I think there are multiple CDs though)

it still sounds like zelda, and is sweet. Damn i wish it didn't take as long to get him to agree to something, but atleast its taken care of, right?
