Help me out - how am I going to do this?

CLM said we could arrive at 10 am and the ceremony starts at 11:30. We were going to take pics for about an hour before so we wouldnt have to miss as much during cocktail hour.

How long did you take pics??

Also, I am going to have 2 limos do drop offs at 10 am. I was going to have the whole bridal party there so we can get them in the pics when we need them.

Should I invite the parents at that time also or should we just wait until later?

Im concerened 11 people + may not fit in the bridal suite.

What do they do while theyre not needed.

it will be fine. you should definitely have the parents be there earlier too - for the portraits.

our ceremony starts at 5pm, we're getting to the hall at 2pm. we have to stop taking pics at 4:30 and I wanted to make sure we would have plenty of time... but I'm sure an hour & a half will be enough
