Ok. Here is my dilema. I orginally started dating FH 12-19-98 and want to be married 12-19-08, ten years later. But, I always wanted a Saturday wedding because I feel more people will come. What do you think? Should I just do it on a Friday because I am in love with the date? Or do it a week earlier, 12-13-08 because I want a Saturday? HELPPPPPP I just want to make sure people will come. Does it really differ from a Friday to a Saturday?
Go with the day you really want, and use the other one as a 'backup'.
People will still come. To be honest I at first was annoyed about a Friday wedding we're going to because we'll have to deal with traffic, etc ... (basically I was being a selfish B), but the more I thought about it now I'm psyched because I still had my whole weekend ahead of me!!!
Pick the date that has meaning...I'm regretting listening to everyone else =(
I would stick with the Friday-your ten year mark-it's cheaper and whoever is really wants to be there will be there.
