help me pick my chicken entree

we met w/ the caterer today and chose chicken franchese, but now we're thinking people may not like that.
would u like marsala better?

IMHO chicken marsala never comes out well when done in bullk (for large events like wedding). I would go with the other option just b/c that has been my experience. HTH.

Go with Franchese, a lot of people don't like Marsala because it has mushrooms. I love Chicken Franchese!!!

I don't remember which one we had (same caterer, for those following along) but it was incredible. I even remember tasting it and thinking so. I'll try to find out, or you could even ask them to look it up.

scott recommended chicken wellington, but i've had that sooo many times at the many other temple functions they've catererd.....

that's why we decided on franchese......

I think Chicken Franchese is a good choice...personally I love Chicken Marsala,. but I think Chicken Franshese is more popular.

I voted for franchese, i actually like the flavor of marsala, but i dont care for mushrooms, so you would see me picking them all out
