Help me pick my next book!

While I was at the library, on the sale/discarded pile, were a bunch of Oprah book club books. Since they were 10 cents each, bought all of them. I don't know which one to read first (after I finish The Beach House). Here are the ones I got:

While Oleander
While I was Gone
We Were the Mulvaneys
The Pilots Wife

Has anyone read any? Which would you recommend? Help me pick!!!

I think Michele31 really did NOT like the Pilots Wife

I hear White Oleander is good though...I haven't read it

I liked White Oleander.... a little on the sad side, but well written!

Pilot's Wife = (didn't like it!!!)

I found We Are the Mulvaneys to be slow.

White Oleander is good though!

i read all of them. I loved White Oleander, and disliked We Were The Mulvaneys intensely. The other 2 were good, but not outstanding.

I abhored the Pilot's Wife and couldn't even finish We Were the Mulvaney's. I hear White Oleander was a good read.

I loved White Oleander.

I hear it's a movie now, but I haven't seen it yet. The books are always so much better anyway.

I didn't like the Pilot's Wife either. Any Anite Shreve book is bad, JMO.

i liked the pilot's wife- quick read, i got hooked.

I am currently reading White Oleander, and it's good so far! Haven't seen the movie.
