HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

So, after searching through almost 20 RH's I picked one out (I knew it when I walked in the 1st time - it was just a matter of getting my parents approval). So last night, I took my parents there and we left because we have until Friday to hold the price. My mom called me this morning and told me she LOVES IT!!! I am so excited because she is VERY critical so I am excited! Now, we have to sign a contract....Here's my question...
What should be included in my contract? She said she would throw some stuff in, but what about things like valets, staff, timing, bridal suite opening, etc. What is included in a typical contract and what should I make sure is added into it? Iknow things like valets and linens depend on the hall, but is that stuff written in the contract if itsw included. Please let me know! I need to make sure I don't leave anything critical out!

Yes, all that stuff is in the contract...

Valet, Bridal Attendant, even waiters dress code. If you want any options to upgrade at a certain price, get that added...

Those things shouldn't be 'thrown in' like she's doing you a favor, they should already be part of the package. I just want to make sure you're aware of that so you're not having the wool pulled over your eyes. So when she says she'll throw stuff in, it's usually extras like food or alcohol or even chair cover....

Ask about alcohol.... some places will bring in specific beer or liquor for you at no extra cost (ie... FH wants Bass & Guinness and I want Pinot Grigio... they're getting it for us and not charging us).

Ask about dessert... perhaps they can throw in the Veinise (sp?) Hour or at least lower the cost per person.

See if maybe they'll add in an extra hour to your reception at a lower cost or no cost. (FYI... if you decide to do this, make sure your DJ is willing to stay that extra hour and how much they charge.)

Anything that you want in writing, like times, dates, length of reception.... get it put into the contract. It's better to be safe than sorry.

My RH has 2 bridal suites. There are two room so each bride gets her own suite.

1 waiter per table
do you want wine and water on each table
do they charge for children
what time can you arrive for pictures

I cant think of anymore that are specifically on the contract right now.
