I need help for a friend. She is having her sons christening next weekend and her colors are ivory and blue. Shes looking for a way to dress up the place settings at the tables. Shes making cross chocalates for the center of the plates but needs an idea for the centerpiece...something other than flowers or balloons...any ideas would be so appreciated!!!!! Thanks in advance!

All I can think of is either candles or a basket for the favors rather than putting them on the plates. I am not so creative, though.

A candy dish? Maybe in some nice Mikasa bowls etc?

I like the idea of the favors in the center of the table, since she is giving them anyway.
