I think your name first too. Probably because weddings are traditionally the brides day and the bride's family has been responsible for the bulk of the costs. So ladies first!

I thought it was also b/c trad the bride's family paid for the wedding so their names, and then their parents came first on invites. . I know this may not be the case anymore (about they paying) but still the order

Uhh ohh I didn't know this I've been putting his name first on our personalizations. Good thing I didn't do the invitations yet. I just think it sounds better with his name before mine.
