My grandmother passed away July 19, 2005. She gave me her mothers diamond ring and my FH took the diamond and put it in a new setting for me. I was wondering how you guys are honoring the loved ones that have passed? I know they have memorial candles, but for her it doesnt seem like enough. Thanks

Re: HELP ME THINK!!!
Maybe a special photo montage your DJ or pohotographer can do. Just a thought. This way the spotlight can be on her too

Re: HELP ME THINK!!!
That's a good Idea. Actually none of either of our grandparents are alive anymore...we could do something that incorporates all of them...

Re: HELP ME THINK!!!
For my parents & FHs mother I'm doing a In Memory Vase with 3 Roses 2 white and 1 yellow (FHs mom loved yellow roses) and we will take a moment to remember all of those who are not with us.

Re: HELP ME THINK!!!
My Father and my FH's Father passed away. We are donating $$ to the American Cancer Society and probably Heart Assoc. as my favor. I am going to make scrolls and put them on each place setting with a treat

Re: HELP ME THINK!!!
Maybe a dedication to her during dinner? Like a song that reminds you of her or something and have the DJ announce that its dedicated in her memory?
