I dont know what cake filling to pick. I was thinking of getting white cake. I was thinking of chocolate pudding or chocolate mousse, but we're all ready having a chocolate fountain. Please suggest your favorites.

Dude...get teh marbel cake with the strawberrys inside..oh and the freakin bananas foster cake that they give you..i'm telling you people were RAVING about it...the straberrys go good with the bananas and the chocolate fountain ehheheheh...anyway..ok my favorite is chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling to answer your question

Does the Hamilet provide your cake (Hyatt is providing ours)? If so, is it Alpine bakery? We went for our tasting and wound up picking strawberry and cannoli as our fillings. Their cannoli filling was AWESOME.
Of the chocolate fillings, I prefered the mousse over the pudding.

we did also...chocolate mousse & raspberry mousse (less mess) with angel food cake. It was amazing.
We had a chocolate fountain and still chose chocolate pudding in the cake. If you arent having a chocolate cake with chocolate filling, I dont think its too much. Besides, when the heck can you have too much chocolate?
