Re: HELP!!!!!Mermaid style wedding dress???
My dress is a modified A-line by Mon Cheri - they have a lot of that style (or trumpet) that are very simple... I bought mine from Village Bridal in Babylon but also tried a few on at Lillette's and Burton's

Re: HELP!!!!!Mermaid style wedding dress???
You can find them pretty much anywhere. Why don't you look online first and narrow down the designer you like then you can find stores who carry it.

Re: HELP!!!!!Mermaid style wedding dress???
My cousin bought a pretty mermaid dress with no beading or lace at RK Bridal. It was from the designer 'White One.' I think it was a 2008 style but it's still worth a shot.

I second Village Bridal in Babylon. When I went there (about a year ago) they had A LOT of mermaid/trumpet style dresses.
Good luck!

RK has a lot of them! I wanted a mermaid dress without beading or stones or anything like that too and I found mine there! it's still detailed and intricate without having a ton of beading, lace, etc. and it was SUPER AFFORDABLE!

Re: HELP!!!!!Mermaid style wedding dress???
thank you! it's a San Patrick dress (Edimburgo is the style). they have a lot of dresses that look very similar to Pronovias dresses but are much cheaper (my dress was $1069 with tax)!

Re: HELP!!!!!Mermaid style wedding dress???
To be honest, I'm really surprised you are having so much trouble finding a mermaid, they are actually very 'in'. Where have you looked? Would a trumpet be okay? Impression does some really nice ones, so does Marisa.By the way, San Patrick looks like Pronovias because they are the same company! San Patrick is just there less expensive line. A lot of companies have more than one line. Impression is part of Da Vinci, Joli is part of Anjolique, Dere Kiang is part of Christina Wu, etc. If you like a designer but can't afford a dress, always see if they have another cheaper line!
