can you make her a Photo CD that has pictures of her and then her kids growing up (like a Through the Years kind of thing), and then add a sweet song that plays while the photos are changing? (i want to do something like this for my mom, but not sure how to make it play on a DVD player)
i think its sweet and sentimental though

That would be nice but her birthday is on Thursday so i don't have much time.
Plus i know she wants me to make a big deal out of her birthday

can you organize a quick 'surprise' casual dinner w/ some close family members? doesnt have to be big, even go to TGIF's .... if she wants you to make a big deal ... they'll sing for her!
