Help! MY MU person canceled on me.

This biatch tells me today that she rather go to a family function instead. What she didn't know before?????

How irresponsible!

My wedding is a few weeks away and only two people responded on here that they are available.

Please recommend your make-up person.

You know whenyou are in this business you have to be responsible enough to know that someone is depending on you to make thier day special!

09er crashing... i just wanted to express how mad i am at your ex-make up person!!! i read your post and was FUMING! How could someone do that???? UGHHHHHH If you gave her any money whatsoever for a trial or anything like that, demand it back from her.

Also, feel free to FM who she is to me so I know to not use her in a year and a half.

I'm so so so sorry that this happened to you... i hope you find an even better make up artists!!!!

I used Erica Whelan from Makeup by Erica for my wedding this past June and she was absolutely wonderful. She is a vendor on this site. Everyone's makeup looked wonderful that day - especially mine! And she is so nice!

Thanks so much! It was a girl from Bare Essentials (sp) in the mall. I love their MU and so does my BMs.

I am in contact with a few so I hope to find someone soon.

Nope...not yet...my problem is that I am worried that they won't hold the date until the trial, and I can't have a trial until my eyes get better (that's a whole other story!)]

Maybe if yu give them a depodit you can, but then you will have to trust that they do good work.

The girl I'm using is beyond amazing. At first I dismissed using her because she doesn't do airbrushing but after a trial with her and then having the airbrushing done - there is no question about it. Hers lasted longer than the airbrushing, looked 10x better and she specializes in make up for camera. Her name is Lisa Ganz, if you want her # just FM me.
