Help! My pocketfolds won't stay closed!

Anyone know where to get monogram seals/labels? I'm having trouble keeping my pocketfolds close! Need monograms seal asap so I can send out my invites!

they dont always stay 100% flush....whats it doing????

maybe you can put a glue dot on the inside to keep it closed and maybe use a ribbon to tie it? Or...AC Moore and MIchael's have little round seals (I think they are usually for envelopes) that might work. Good luck!

I made my own monogram seal out of cardstock and used removable doublesided tape to glue it to the folded pocketfold. But the pocketfold is too heavy so it won't allow the monogram to seal it. :(

Here's what the pocketfold looks like... Should I use permanent doublesided tape to close it instead? i just don't want it to damage/rip the pocketfold when you open it up... :(

hmmm. can you cut a small slit in the flap where the pocket is and slide the point of the other flap into it? time consuming...but it might work.

Thanks for the idea! I think I'm gonna make the monogram seal bigger so I can add more tape to it. :D Oh well, more work, but what the hell! I've already spent a whole week on it. :(

ugh, i'm sorry. making it bigger should work. I bet i'll have this same issue when i actually start making mine

We used ribbon to keep them closed. We tied bows here is the pic

Good Luck....maybe a larger seal and doing the slit....this way it has something to hold it down on it's own and then the larger seal is just a lil bit of reinforcement behind that....and then sit them under a text book or encyclopedia for a day

How are you getting the monogram seals? Are you making them on cardstock and taping them to the pocketfold too?

How are you getting the monogram seals? Are you making them on cardstock and taping them to the pocketfold too?

I am going to make them on card stock and attach them to a ribbon that will slide on and off the invite.

ETA: I think invite places call it a 'belly band' what I'm trying to create
