My FH groomsmen are all over the map & we wanted to find some suggestions on a good national chain that they can order the tux from. Any of you lovely ladies have any advice?
(it will really impress FB b/c I am on here a whole bunch & now I can show off with my quick response. Haha)

Re: Help need a good national Tux chain.
YOu dont actually have to go thru a national chain if they are all over the map. Its a courtesy for tuxedo places to size the men and give them the measurements or even call them into the shop that you are using>we did this from Florida

Re: Help need a good national Tux chain.
We are playing our Long Island wedding from DC and we used a local tux company. Our groomsmen are from all over too. I want to warn you against After Hours which is nation wide. My best friend used them and had major stress becaues they completely botched the order for everyone. They were running around long island trying to collect tuxes for everyone and not everything matched. Definitely avoid After hours.

Thank you for the suggestions ladies. I have heard stories about After Hours but no specifics. That is horrible though. I didn't even think about just getting the guys sized over here. Is Men's Warehouse bad too? If so what other sort of suggestions for my FH?

We used Zellers. The service was good, and all of the GM just went to a local to get measured and order their tuxedo.

We're using Men's Wearhouse.
FH wore a tux from them for a wedding this summer (he was in the bridal party). My brother has also worn a tux from them as a groomsmen. Both were experiences were fine, as far as I know.
I generally prefer a local place, but our groomsmen are also spread out, so it makes their lives simpler this way.

Re: Help need a good national Tux chain.
we used Feldman Esquire on Merrick rd in Merrick. Michael was terrific. 1button needed to be moved and one sleeve pressed but everythng was in order, complete, matched and we were one our way. Since he did a special order for the Groom's tux he let us pick them up extra early on Wed for Sun wedding. He also matched the lowest price we found elsewhere!. Check out this place. You will be happy.
