Photographers and Videographers are SOOOO expensive! Does anybody know of a photo/video combo for 5500 or less. All the one's I've seen have been 6k, 7k, etc. Our wedding is at Oheka Castle, and i would like to get somebody who's worked there before (there are so many nooks and crannies to shoot at). But, my fiance and I are paying for all the vendors ourselves and can't afford to go overboard on this.

The last few pics on my make-up/hair trial are from him. Totally untouched and done in a few minutes. He just wanted to see how the make up would look on photo.

Check out ProLine Studio's in Franklin Square and Patken in Lindenhurst and Mineola, they definitely have great packages for under 5K and they do fantastic work!

i am using kathy and john also. there wonderful people and there work is awsome. i couldn't ask for a btter photographger and nicer people to be taking my pictures. loveeeeeeee themmmmmmm

My wedding was this past Saturday and both my photo and videographer were AMAZING! I used Golden Moments and Pat was on time, unobtrusive and really sweet. I can't wait to see the video. As for my photographer, I used Jennifer Davis and she was phenomenal!!! She was everywhere and yet I didn't have the feeling like she was 'in my face'. we are using 12th night photography and wedding cinema for our videographer. they are both very reasonable. we had a tight budget but at the same time, we didnt want to sacrifice having high quality work. we are very happy so far with the vendors we chose, thanks to liweddings.com brides' help of course! dominick from 12th night is great, they do some amazing work. i cant wait to see what they do for our photos! we will be having his brother as our main photographer since dominick was already booked. and another photographer that day from them doing photojournalist shots. pete from wedding cinema is an excellent vendor too, he really works with you and can accomodate your budget.

I don't know if they've shot Oheka before, but try Gray studios in floral park[?] on Jericho tpke... Their base package is about 3k and they have really nice photos... And their biggest package runs around 6500.. Video is an extra 2k.
