HELP!!! Need photo locations near Land's End

--In Sayville. We can travel about 15 minutes out in whatever direction, but I don't want to be too far from Land's End for photss b/c we have to start around 4 and be back to LE by 6:15-6:30 for the ceremony...so I figured 15 minutes out is a decent time.

--I was thinking Herskshire (sp?) Beach/Park, but I have NOOOOO idea what's in the area (And have never been there) b/c we live in Rockland County. We really want some beach shots and park shots.....can anybody help????

TIA!!

Re: HELP!!! Need photo locations near Land's End

My sister got married at Land's End as am I. She was considering going to the Aboritium which isn't far from there. Then she just decided to take pictures there - they came out awesome with the beach, water, and all the flowers.

I called L.E. and was told that I can arrive up to 2 hours b4 my ceremony to take pics if there isn't another wedding that morning. If there is then 1 hr and then they charge.

Why not take pictures there. It is just so beautiful!

The Auboridum is on Montauk Highway in Oakdale. It is about 12 minutes from Lands End.
Do that only if you have to.. Lands End has such beautiful scenery with the water and everything!

Re: HELP!!! Need photo locations near Land's End

Thanks for the great advice ladies...we're definitely taking pics at Land's End, but I also wanted some 'long distance' beach pics like these posted below.....and I'm not sure if they'll be able to take similar pics with a 'smaller' beach that doesn't have direct access to the water. What do you girls think?
