Help!! Need photo shoot locations in either queens or nassau county!

I am having my reception at leonards of great neck at 8:30, the ceremony ends at 5 and its in bayside. I was planning on doing the queens botanical but they close at 6! Does anyone know of a place within these areas which might be open after 6?

Why don't you go to Kings Point and to the park there, or Stepping Stone Park / Allenwood Park? Great Neck Estates Park also used to have some really lovely gardens. All of those parks I'm mentioning are on the water, too, which is really nice.

There's also a really cute bridge that I've often seen wedding pictures being taken in Manhasset right off Northern Blvd next to Macy's near the corner of Community Drive.

You can go down by the water in Port Washington and take pictures against the old mansions or take some by the water.

You could try the gazebo in Garden City.

Sands Point castles and mansions are beautiful and right on the water; so is Stepping Stone Park in Great Neck. The docks in Pt. Washington are also nice (the ones near Louie's Restaurant), but it may get windy there. The footbridge another bride mentioned is directly across the Northern Blvd. from the Macy's in Manhasset, just where Northern Blvd, Community Drive, and East Shore Drive come together, on the northern side of N. Blvd. CW Post campus is also very nice.

Parks in Whitestone or by the Throgs Neck Bridge and you get great pictures by the bridge.
