Hi all! Need help. Is anyone doing wine as favors. Does anyone know where to either get the mini bottles or the full bottles with lables and such. I e-mailed the vineyards but haven't gotten a reply as of yet. My wedding isn't for another 16 months so I have some time.
Any suggestions?

Go into your local liquor store and ask. They def can work out a deal with you.
Also Long Island wine is very pricey.

I have done some research on this. Where are you located? I was checking in Queens. I went to a liquor store near my job in Long Island City and they had the small bottles for around 1.99 ea.
I also went to a store in Ridgewood and I found them for 1.65- 1.99 ea

i went to my local liquor store and they said they have a distribultor and they'll even do the labels for you. I didnt get pricing yet but i'll be doing half bottles

Trader Joe's Wine Shop...all types of wine, many reasonabe. Their own brand, which is pretty good is only $2.98 a bottle. Order personalized labels online for approx .50 cents a label and for under $4 pp or per couple you have a great favor

Path liquors in Coram. We are getting mini wine bottles with labels for approx. $1.50 each. We are doing one per person.

I'm sorry to piggy back off this topic and be of no help, but can you ask your friend how much they charged? I also want to do wine favors and want a Long Island winery since our wedding is out east. Thank you!!

Look no further - Babies and Brides has every favor possible. Tons of wine options. The store is big enough to offer a variety of options for invites, favors and all of your wedding needs yet small enough to give you that personalized attention. You can't get that anywhere else. Trust me.
Just stop by ask for Mary (she's the owner, she's always there and will even e-mail you with items if she doesn't have them in stock!

If you buy the monthly special at the vineyards, sometimes it works out to be less then $4/bottle. Pindar and Martha Clara usually have some great specials!

Has anyone looked into the wedding center? My girlfriend who got married a couple of years ago got 150 mini bottles of champagne for a reasonable rate but that was also 5yrs ago. Has anyone had experience with them?
