help needed from those who live in the forest hills area
Does anyone know of a good service station in Forest Hills or the surrounding area? We just moved here after our honeymoon, and we have no idea where to go to get my car fixed!
Also, any other Forest Hills recommendations, such as good restaurants, where to shop, etc., would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

not sure about the car servicing but my parents have always gone to a guy on the corner of the lie and utopia (but its a ways from there....not too far but not too close either!)...as for food, shopping, etc....try austin st - there's tons of great places for both!

don't know about service places...I don' think there are many--there is always the Mobile by 63rd Avenue.
I moved from FH 4 months ago and I loved it. THere are so many good places to eat-Austin Street is the place to go... Bonn Thai is a great thairestaurant as is Q, Nick's pizza, Caban, Sante Fe. 5 Burros..... Ic an go on. Oh also the staples-Pizzaria Uno, and Fridays...
If you can tell we never cooked so I we knew everywhere to eat in walking distance of our apartment of course.
Enjoy Forest Hills, I really liked it there... but nothing beats owning our new home....
