We have a Hampton Jitney bus that will be taking our guests from Southampton to Giorgio's - we figure it's a good way for people, if they want, to get there without having to drive so far and then they can mingle too - however, I should have put something in with the invites and I didn't - so we are going to print up a quick postcard and mail that out. I need help with what to put on the postcard or a cute way to word it.... Thanks!!!

I can't really help you on what to write, but I think its an awesome idea to help the guests with transportation. I don't know what we're going to do yet.

We are providing a shuttle as well and what we did was mention it on the website and then tell those staying at the hotel about it again.

Is Southhampton where the church is? Is that why you are having the shuttle? Will it take them back after the wedding? How about something about 'come ride in style to the XXX wedding!'

The ceremony and the reception are at Giorgio's - most of the guests are in Southampton or the surrounding area - so we just wanted to make things easier. We don't have a website though.

Can't really help unfortunately...we had a bus, but it was for the UK people--my FI put a note in the invite that said 'For those who are slightly daunted by the prospect of driving on the wrong side of the road, transportation will be provided' Maybe you can say something about people being able to 'fully enjoy' themselves--meaning they'll be able to drink without having to worry about driving??

I just want to say that I think it's a great idea that you are doing this. We were originally having ceremony in NYC and was thinking of doing something similar, to make it easier for the guests..
