My brother is getting married at the NRC next August. His guest list continues to grow and he and my FSIL are worried the room will be too packed (one of the florists they met with said after 250, it is too crowded). I know they say they can fit a certain amount, but anyone on here have 300 people in that room? Was it too packed? Any help would be much appreciated!

I believe the max capacity is 350. I'm pretty sure 300 could fit, but it might be tight. What is his guest list at???

They have agreed on capping off at 150 each, but that is already cutting it close. So basically 300 invited total, to reach 250. Just trying to find out if lets say they end up with 280 or something along those lines, is it going to be too crowded.

The room is really large... I am actually thinking my guest list of 180 will be too small for the room!! I really think 280 will fit perfectly..this is just my opinion as I have not see an actual affair there!

My cousin just got married there and I think the guest list was about 150....The room looked super empty. So in my opinion I think 300 will work just fine.
