Does anyone have a template for the day of to leave for OOT guests at the hotel???

They have the timeline...its the invite. If you want you can give them the shuttle time if there is one. Unless you are having other events the invite should tell the ceremony time and the reception time.

I have two -- a letter I left with the hotel that has some information and the detailed timeline for wedding party people that I let some of the guests have as well so they'd know where we'd be when.
I actually think I only have the latter here on my new computer, but let me know if you want it (FM me your email address and I'll send it to you).
