We are getting married on 2/17 and flying out of the country on 2/19. Obviously, my passport will not have my new last name on it. Is this acceptable? I assume it must be b/c I will not have time to get a new passport in 2 days, but what is the law regarding this issue?

Your driver's license and other forms of id will still have your maiden name, so it is fine.

If you booked your honeymoon in your maiden name, you will be good....

hmm....my honeymoon & my passport were both in my maiden name...if u booked the trip in ur maiden name u should be fine.

As long as your ticket and passport match you are fine(i.e your passport is in your maiden name so your ticket needs to read the same)..You can change your passport after your honeymoon once you change all your other documents.
