I like #1 for a TY because it shows everyone there AND it's a fantastic picture of the two of you... and the fact that you 're in color and they're in black and white gives it a special vibe like you were there and they were there but not necessarily together... I dunno, Ican't explain it but I think it's the perfect thank you photo.
Second I would choose #5, but it's nowhere evenc lose to #1 for me.
