HELP !!! Pictures -- Church

HELP !!! Pictures -- Church

Did anyone get forms from their church for the photogra[her and videographer to sign--I just received mine in the mail and they have pretty strict rules.

-- One rule says ONE picture may be taken of the bride and groom exchanging vows
-- ONE picture may be taken of each reader

The way these rules go I'll probably leave the ceremony with FIVE pictures.

Any similiar experiences. I think I'm going to call the church but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Septbride

I never heard of that. Our church let them take all the pictures they wanted to.

I know my church has rules as where the camera can be set up and where the video guy can be set up too. But they never mentioned how many pictures can be taken.
What is the priest going to do if your guests take more than one pic? If he doesn't allow a professional to do it, then are they allowing your guests to do what they want? I would bring that up if I were you.

my church only allows for flash photos as you walk down the aisle - then it is that they have to stand in one place and no flash for the ceremony.

my church has rules about where the photographer and videographer are allowed to stand during the ceremony - i believe neither can step foot on the altar. i didn't see any limitation about the # of pics.
