Thanks so much! After doing some more investigating, I was able to cross off Crest and Fox Hollow Country Clubs, but have come across a few others.

Does anyone have information for:
Larkfield
Milleridge Cottage
The Sterling - Champagne Room, preferably
and The Riviera

I have an appointment at CB and JT still has a special place in my heart lol.

I'm a sterling caterers bride!! also using the champagne room, that grand entrance staircase.... so excited!!!
they have an all inclusive package year round! 100 people for $9995 for a Sat night for a buffet style reception! I think sit down is 10,995?they have thier full menu and prices on the website. if u dont like the options for thier dj, limo , or photo company and want to just get the hall and not so the all inclusive its $65++ /pp I think. that's the price for everyone over the 100 if u do the all inclusive as well. the champagne room holds 400 or 500 people. which is the only room I would reccomend for u for 200 guest! we r having 175 for $8k basically. I have basically gotten all I need through the all inclusive package just need an extra limo, 10 extra centerpieces abd the bouquets and stuff. everything else is to fit my theme.
I picked this bc we liked the grand entrance (my friend had the same thing at russo.on the bay but paid triple! ) they have up lighting around the room included, and tvs for slide shows inckuded (like Jericho Terrace which er liked but was double our budget!) and then there is the 10x10 led light show boards which no other place that I know of has! instead of being in the dance floor there is 2 on each side of the head table!! oh one last tip or fyi if u make an appointment with the sterling u want to deal with Bill or Yama u dint want the lady!! I didn't like her at all if I delt with her I may not have booked! yama is the owner but works with clients as well!!
sorry I didn't get back to u sooner my phone didn't alert me that anyone psted!!

oh and I've never been to the riv but I've heard it's pretty and reasonable I think I've have heard $65 ++ for a fri night winter!

Grand staircase entrance?! Have you seen that? I am planning to schedule an appointment this weekend to get more info. The all inclusive is very convenient especially from being out of state, but I'm nervous I won't like what's included (I'm so picky.) Are you pleased with all of your vendors?

I got really lucky with the vendors.....my little cousin works for the dj, my friend from my old job her bro owns the limo company so I haven't delt with them yet! I only met with 2 photographer ADA and Duval. I had a bad experience at ADA thier work is very nice but they were rude to to us! I Told Yama about it! We love Elizabeth at Duval! the day we booked with her I had several questions she answered th them all! she listened to my questions and concerns for an hr and a half!! I'm very happy with our decision to book Duval!
like I said though if u like the hall but dint want the all incisive package u can do it al la carte. they are hard to get an appointment with u might not get one this weekend fyi! and like I said I personally didn't like the lady, I can't remember her name but I would try to make the appointment with Bill or Yama!
I'm going to try to up load pic of staircase..... it's a hidden staircase that comes out of the wall and u get to come out from behind a shadow screen abd down the stairs with smoke and lights!!!!

I. don't think it worked so here is the link to thier website with all photos of the champagne room!!! I love it so much!!!

Oh wow that's really convenient. I saw the entrance picture but had no idea what it was for. How awesome! I spoke with a lady, Marianne I think her name is, and so far she's been super sweet and helpful. Hopefully it stays that's way. She said that if I didn't want one of the services they give you a credit for that amount and you can use your own. It sounds like a no brainer to go with the all inclusive package. I'm hoping all goes well. I have 4 appointments on Sunday so we shall see!
