HELP PLEASE

I need to write a note telling my guest that we will have a bus to bring them to the reception and take them to the hotel when it is over. Do you have any wording that I could use? I am desperate here.

You can just write something at the bottom saying...

'Transportation is being provided to and from the hotel and reception'

What if you do something simple like:
'Transportation provided for out of town guest staying at (HOTEL)'
Any good? Short, sweet, and not too confusing.

Possibly printing up a little insert that you can put in the invites of only those guests staying at the hotel?!?! Yes...Maybe...No...

I was trying to come up with something catchy. Since it will be on its own piece of paper. We are sending it with the save the date and hotel reservation card.

We would love you all to have the celebration of a lifetime. There will be transportation from the hotel to the reception and back again.

The celebration will continue at the hotel.

(We booked an additional 3 hours at the hotel conference room so we can keep it going after the reception).

I am not to clever today.

Help please!

and will serve no drinks

soemthing like that?

Because we both want you to have a great time,
Without having to worry about cocktails and wine,
A bus will be provided at 6pm for all,
Ensuring your safety to and from the hall.
Once the mansion has closed it's doors,
We'll head back to the hotel to party some more.

I just love that all brides immediately become poets (myself included) with all this stuff! lol

I love the idea of writing a poem to put in the invitations, I just don't want to commit to guest transportation until I see how many guests will be staying at our hotel. If only 10 rooms book, I don't know if providing guest transportation will be worth it, ya know?

That a hard call. I have 6 sisters (so 12 with hubbys/dates) plus our parents (5). Plus the grooms men and bridal party (6+dates).

So we are at 21+ without any guests.
