HELP please!!!!!

Im so annoyed with invites right now!!!

So my question is....

How did you guys write out the addresses on the envelopes of your invites? Did you hire a calligrapher? Did you write them out yourself? Did you print them on the envelopes through your printer? Did you buy labels and print them on the labels to stick to the envelopes??

I just tried doing it through my own printer but it seems like the ink isnt drying to the envelope! I dont know what to do!

Maybe you should print them on labels and then out them on the envelopes if they aren't drying and also in case there are any mistakes you just reprint another label instead of ruining an envelope

I am too - I've used Michelle several times now & she's great. She uses high-end laser printers, so there's no problems with the ink not drying...everything she's done for me/my friends so far has come out great.

Re: HELP please!!!!!

I printed the envelopes on my home computer. Do each envelope one at a time and don't stack them on top of each other spread them out to dry. Practice with some paper before doing it on an envelope. I cut up paper to the size of the envelope and did many practice runs.

I did the same exact thing. It takes a little time in the beginning, but it's not so bad and they came out great.

Make sure that you have the right paper selected in your print options, and see if you have an option to reduce the amount of ink that is being laid down on the paper (HP has one in there somewhere). This is not changing the quality of the print, just the amount of ink used.

I used And I Quote...They were pretty fast and while they did make a few mistakes overall they did a good job.
