Help Please! 50th party! Just A few questions.....

We are having about 80-90 people how many heros do I need? I ordered 2 6ft heros. We are also having hot food, baked Ziti, meatballs, and sausage and peppers.... Is that enough?

Also does anyone know if 1 keg of beer is enough? I have never ordered one before?

I would ask how many people 12 feet of hero serves.. i think it's like 4-5 servings per foot?

That's a lot of people, how much for the hot food are you having? like half-tray, full tray more than 1 full tray, etc..

I had an event with about 100 people, we ended up with 4 6' foot heros and it was just about right

Oo yeah we had hot trays with pasta, chicken and some cold platters, salads too..

We are going to be passing out finger foods before, have a vegetable platter, cheese and crackers, chips on popcorn on the tables. we will have full trays of meatballs and a full tray of baked Ziti and a full tray of sausage and peppers. Also will have a House salad.

I would still have at least 1 slice (of sandwich) per person available.. there is always people who don't take, but also people who go back for a second, which would even out.. and worst case you have some leftovers.. I'd rather too much than not enough

did wherever you ordered the food from recommend the amount you're ordering for the hot food? I'd totally be guessing for that number of people..
