I'm not sure if you were asking about $85 being a good price in general or for WM.. but $85 in general is a really great rate!
Thanks for the reply we are planning to have the reception august 27 in the afternoon. We are hoping to get the garden room. I needed a backup plan because financially things aren't working as planned but i love it there.
Maybe you could have it a little later in the year....end of sept...it'll still be warm but def cheaper!
That is what i was thinking but it is still about the same price. iF we reduce our guests from 80 to 60 it will but down our price and our reception is already in the afternoon to cheapen the price.hmmm this has to workout some how.
I dont think they will give you the garden room for only 80 or 60 people. I believe you have to gar more than that. For that many guests you would be in the hill room upstairs. I would def tell them your delima. They will so work with you as far as pricing, times and dates. I found in my search that right before a holiday is actually cheaper. Labor day is the next weekend.
When I was looking they gave me a price for April on a Sunday afternoon of $72 for the garden room min is 100. I am getting the garden room for an amazing price on the first day in May. You will be able to have a nice ceremony outside in the spring, it won't be to hot.
they told me before that i can i was in between the hill and the garden room as long as i can guarantee 80 people i can get the garden room because it waas in the afternoon my banquet manager was Ian. I havent booked it yet but i am hoping that the date is still available or somewhere near it. maybe i will try after labor day too i need to go back to discuss prices we didnt want liquor or anything like that so that decreased the price my FH only wants the garden room.
