Help Please!! Mongramed Dress Tag

Okay, i am in the process of ordering a personalized tag for my wedding gown.

They are asking me for my first middle and last name, then the grooms first name and then our date. The tag will look like this:

JBM
Jaclyn & Santo
September 13th 2008

Dont i want the middle letter in the monogram (which is the last name) to be my NEW last name?? Cause they are not asking me for my new last name. I dont want it to say my maiden last name right?!?!?!?!

Try putting your FH's last name in where it says to put your last name and see if that works.

If you don't mind me asking, where are you ordering it from?

good question. Yea I would think I would want the initial of my married name, not my maiden name. But maybe you're supposed to put your maiden name. . . not sure. . . sorry
