HELP!!-sorry kind of long

Hi Ladies!

Need your advice......A girl who I grew up with moved cross country about 12 yrs ago. We are still in contact but I did not ask her to be a BM for 2 reasons 1-she lives too far and 2-she just had gastric bypass surgery and ordering a dress would of been difficult since she is losing so much weight.

Anyway she was in town this past weekend and I asked her to do a reading at my ceremony. She said ok and then told me that she was upset that she wasn't a BM. She then said she would LOVE to sing at my wedding. I smiled and said 'no, its ok' but she kept insisting!! I called my mom and sis today and warned them that they better not surprise me. lol

How do I tell her no in a nice way so that I can be sure she won't try to sing??

TIA!!

Just tell your DJ not to give anyone the microphone besides who will be giving the designated speeches.
