HELP - Suggest a Designer

I know I like rouching (is that how you spell it?) on the bottom of dresses. I also want a lightweight dress, like organza fabric. Can anyone suggest a designer I should check out?

Maybe something like this....

Maggie Sottero now carries dresses with pick-ups and rouching.

if you don't have a set budget, the best designer for that type of dress is Justina Mcaffrey.
If you don't then you can also check forever young gowns, maggie sottero.

Monique L'Huillier, Demetrios, maybe Justin Alexander. That look is becoming more and more popular. You should be able to find a good selection of dresses with that type of look.

Thanks girls. I really don't want to spend over $3500 (including alterations) and I know Justina McCaffery and Jenny Lee are expensive.

I'll check out the designers you suggested.

A woman on theknot.com had her dress custom made by the same dress maker I'm using and her dress was rouched....cost: $500 - let me know if you want pics and add'l info.
