Help... thinking we got sorta screwed...

Photo/vid.. those who already got married n wouldn't mind sharing... for $4,000 to $5,000 what fid u get with your package? Not that I can change things but I feel like we were sold something different than what was written n it feels like our album requires 'upgrades' n we r just broke :(

We're spending around 5500 all together on both.
In our photo package was 11 hours with two photographers and lighting assistant, engagement shoot, 1 10x10 designer album with whatever cover we want, 2 8x8 designer parent albums (clones of ours or they can design their own), as many thank you cards as we need, online gallery of images (minimum of 1500 proofs for day-of), flash drive with all images and rights to all images.
In our video package we got 8 hours of video with one videographer, highlight reel, 30 minute edited cinematic video, 3 copies on DVD and all raw footage if we bring her a hard drive to put it on.

We spent about $5500 on both too. We had 2 photographed and 1 videographer. They were there for about 10 or 11 hours. We get the unedited DVD as well as 3 edited dvd's. As for the photographer we got an engagement photo shoot, after the wedding we got about 800 proofs (overwhelming lol) and they are also able to be viewed online. an album, a mini album, 2 parent albums and lots of printed pictures of a variety of different sizes. We also got the thank you's.

We spent about 7000 with 2 photographers (10 hours) lighting assistant, 2 videographers (10 hours)bride groom album 10x13 75-100 images, flash drive, 2 digital parent album 8x8 45 images hardcover, 30 mins video covering every stage of our wedding provided on a USB drive plus thank you's

How many pics are you guys getting included in your albums? I feel like we got conflicting advice and now it seems very difficuly to pick... kinda upset now after spending alll this $ and being told we can upgrade. I know its all about making $ but geez. I feel like I got squeezed dry and am kinda sad right now...

75-100 images included. I think it depends on the way you want it set up. I'm sure if it was a few more, they'd work it in somehow.

75-100. Do you have their contract they gave you? It should have the packages you purchased and should give a description of what was included.

Yes... 50 images... I'm not sure why we are/were confused but we are.. it was presented differently to us. Having trouble figuring out how to do 50 images. 75-100 sounds right. I'm frustrated...

Would it be much more if you asked to add an additional 25 images?

I haven't called yet. I wanted to see what everyone else basically got so I have a good idea as to what the average is. I guess if anything, we'll just have to wait longer to get our album.
