HELP VILLA OR EAST WIND

I cant decide between East Wind Estate or Villa Lombardi. I have to make a decision and am having a hard time...please help!

Villa two weddings at a time

I didn't think about the one wedding thing that much but my husband insisted. With that said, i went with the East Wind Estate. I cannot imagine having my wedding at any other place. I also looked at Villa's and did not like the partition walls for the reception, but the food is so very good!!! They look so very different but equally have great reviews!! Tough choice my dear!!!

I would def say east wind! my friend got married there and the food was amazing and everything was perfect. it is defintly a plus to be the only bride!

Ive been to weddings at both... one being my own at East Wind...I loved Villas, but in my opinion, (of course I might be a bit biased) East Wind was phenominal! I had my wedding at the Estate...it is gorgeous, set aside from the Inn, amazing pictures, the cocktail hour rooms are spectacular. The service was wonderful...the food, people are still raving about...!

I have never been to East Wind, but Villa Lombardi's food is outstanding!

East wind is great and the Inn is there to for OOT guests. Loved the wedding I went to last weekend.

I was in the same boat with picking between the two. Villa WON! From the first appointment to the actual night everything was PERFECT. See my review if you want to know more.
Also, we thought East Wind was a bit to far since we had guests from all over the island.
I dont think you can go wrong with either choice but Villa was absolutley amazing. The food was to beyond words, the service was excellent, the room was beautiful etc....

I have to be honest and say that I've never been to East Wind, but I can tell you that we went to a wedding at Villa's in 04 and we weren't even engaged but we knew from that day that it was THE PLACE for us. The food is amazing and the service can't be beat! I am sure East WInd is great since there are many girls on here that use them but my vote is for Villa Lombardi's

I've been to weddings at both Personally, I think the food is way better at Villas and the presentation is unbeatable. However, the Estate is beautiful, it's private, only one wedding, the hotel is literally steps away and the accomodations there are really nice. That's important considering it's so far out east. I also thought the service at the Estate was much better than at Villas. That's a tough choice. I guess if I had to pick, I would pick the Estate. Good luck!

I'm partial to EW because my wedding was there, and I didn't really care for the decor at Villa's. However, I have always said that if you can't decide, and need to ask the girls here, you probably haven't found the right place yet. (granted I usually say this about dresses, but it still holds true)

both nice, but overall EW won me over.

East Wind

I am all about the private, 1 wedding at a time RH. I have never been to Villa's, but if you are torn between the 2 the one wedding thing might be the deciding factor.

I was just looking at both these places online because I want to go see them on Saturday. I guess I'll let you know what I think after I see them.

And you and I got engaged on the same date! Congrats!!

Thanks for all your responses. Maybe you are right I just haven't found my place. At the same time I am so scared to lose the date that WE want that I just want to book something (as horrible as it sounds).

I want the perfect dress, photog, music and party. Maybe the room should mean just as much. I just haven't wallked into anyhting thinking 'this is it'. Does that really happen? I wish it would happen to me
