help w surprise at the wedding

so fh and i, have a surprise at our wedding for our guests

however, the surprise will be around 11 pm

reception starts at 730pm.

what time is VH normally?

our surprise will be during the 'extra hour' we added on to the wedding, so 11, 1130pm

how do i let guests know or should i let guests know there will be a surprise?

i dont want too many guests leaving early...we paid a lot of money for it so i want to make sure that the guests see it and use it and are there for it

should i put it on the menu?
should i put it on fb?
word of mouth?

help!!

I think that, if you put it with the dessert section, that should indicate the surprise will be toward the end of the night.

Or maybe 'Special surprise, compliments of the Bride and Groom, during Viennese hour' or something along those lines.
