HELP! Walk Through of Co-Op tonight!

I am going to my walk-through tonight on our co-op at 6:00- Does anyone have a list of what we should check for????

OK, our lawyer told us to bring a night light or small lamp and try all electrical outlets! Turn on all water, run shower, flush toilet, run washer, etc....Turn on all lights...If they keep $ in escrow it is OK if you find something after you close--they are still responsible for fixing it. good to know about the escrow thing- and thanks for the lamp idea, OUR lawyer didn't tell us ANYTING!!!!!

Good luck! During ours the sellers were right there, so I was a bit embarrased--he said he turned off the water in the bathroom sink to tighten something...When we moved in we found the whole thing flooded when we turned it on (it was still off!). Don't be shy--this is your time to inspect EVERYTHING!

Check all faucets. Ask to look under the sink and see if there's any tape or putty holding the pipe in place. We didn't find out about 2 leaks until after we moved in. Test the stove-all burners. Really give everything a good look.
