I have just joined and super excited after reading some of the posts
Our guest list is between 200-250, so we need a reasonably priced venue. To give you an idea of what we liked from what we have seen so far- Fox Hollow, Crest Hollow, Swan Club.
These venues just didn't match us- Floral Terrace, Chateau Briand
Are there any other venues that are really nice but might have a reasonable price? If any of you don't mind sending any prices you have gotten for other such venues, please?
Thanks in advance

Help! Wedding Venues- 2014?
I'm partial to the fox hollow because its my venue. I love it there (somerley). It's so pretty.
What about Larkfield Manor?

Thanks! Will check out Larkfield Manor. Fox Hollow was booked every fri, sat, sun except one until 2015 in the Sommerly room! We are considering the older room because it is available, but would really like to have some other options.

Definitely try Bridgeview Yacht Club. Their ballroom can fit up to 400 people, and they are only one wedding at a time. Just rennovated and absolutely gorgeous. They did a great job at my wedding!

Venetian Yacht Club and Bridgeview Yacht Club are have comparable prices per person. VYC i think holds up to 300 and Bridgeview is 400 max. The prices range for Sat vs Sunday and January vs Summer.

Look into the Lessings Venues. We got a great deal at Smithtown Landing CC, but the deals seem to be similar at their waterfront venues!
