Thanks! It's actually a lot easier then it looks! Just velum, ribbon and a hot glue gun

Sure I'll do my best to give directions.
You will need velum paper, ribbon of choice, and a glue gun...also I used a permanent glue runner to make sure the paper closes (could use double sided tape too)
You can create whatever you want on the velum paper. If you want to do the design like I did I found the design then increased the brightness so it looks faded in the background. Also you have to make sure you do the text wrapping so the font is in front of the picture. When you tape/glue that onto the candle then I placed the ribbon where I wanted it and hot glued the ends together.
