I'm in a huge dilemma. My wedding is only 6 days away, and I'm trying to reach my make-up artist but her phone is out of service. I've sent her a couple e-mails as well but she's not responding.
What should I do? I'm pannicking and don't know when/if I should start looking for another option?

1st take a deep breath...
Then go to your local salons and ask if your date is still open. Then book a trial asap. This will at least give you a back up plan if she doesn't get in touch with you.
Did you get a contract? I'm sure she just had a problem with her phone. Maybe she had to get a new service and didn't get a chance to call all her clients. Think positive! It will work out.

No contract!!! I got one for everyone but her. I have no idea how did I loose it with her but I did.

does she work out of a salon or she is freelance? how did u find her? maybe theres another way of finding a way to contact her. fm me with who she is and i will try and help.

She is a freelancer and I was referred to her by a vendor here. I'm trying to reach that vendor as well.

Post something on the Vendors Helping Brides section just to see if anyone is available on your date....just in case.

I would send her an email stating that she has been fired!! If she still shows up at least you have backup before the wedding that you fired her if she tries to still get paid.
Next, call you local salons and let them know your situation and see if they can squeeze you in. Usually for a bride they will make the time. Especially knowing what happen.
